The Phenom is a desktop scanning electron microscope. The 4-quadrant backscatter electron detector ( BSD ) allows a spatial resolution of ≤ 14 nm (relative to gold at 10 kV and 6 mm working distance ) and enlargements up 130000x .
It is simple and intuitive to use and is very suitable for teaching.
